RVD Care Foundation offers a wide range of skill development and vocational training programs aimed at enhancing employability and promoting self-employment. We design industry-relevant courses in areas such as tailoring, beauty & wellness, ICT, solar energy, mobile repairing, and more, aligned with NSQF standards and government schemes like PMKVY, DDUGKY, and PM VIKAS. These training programs are implemented in both rural and urban areas with a strong focus on women, youth, and marginalized communities. Our goal is to equip individuals with practical skills and certifications that lead to sustainable livelihoods and income generation.

Empowering women is at the core of RVD Care Foundation’s mission. We run dedicated programs that provide women with access to skills training, entrepreneurship development, financial literacy, and leadership workshops. By creating women-led self-help groups (SHGs) and providing handholding support in starting micro-enterprises, we aim to promote economic independence and social dignity.
